Every year, 8 million U.S. workers rely on adoption to build their families. Yet less than half of companies offer an adoption-specific benefit for family planning.  We'll discuss how adoption has changed in the last 20 years, how the large family-building benefit companies treat adoption, and examine the pros/cons of an adoption-focused point solution in creating an inclusive culture.
