Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder: What does it look like at work? Join Tara and explore both the 'superpowers' of ADHD-ers (like Tara!), and some of the common challenges we face in work world. We'll look at some recent research on neurodiverse workplaces, plus Tara will use her 20+ years of disability management expertise to give you practical strategies for offering accommodation to, improving accessibility for, and benefiting from this untapped pool of creative talent.

- Apply knowledge of neuro-diverse functioning to enhance workplace productivity and success.
- Respond to employees in ways that incorporate a neuro-inclusive perspective.
- Choose from a variety of tools and strategies to accommodate workplace neurodiversity.
