As businesses become more data-driven, how companies utilize that data internally says a lot about their overall state of operations. A dysfunctional or absent data culture often mirrors a working environment that is riddled with internal fiefdoms, information leveraged for power, and disengaged employees. In this workshop, participants will learn about the connections between data culture and company culture, measure impact, and create meaningful change.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn the connection between data culture and company culture.
  • Understand how data can be an instrument of political power inside companies.
  • Understand the danger of marginalized employees by exclusion from data assets.
  • Identify ways to assess and quantify data culture.
  • Implement strategies for data-driven inclusion and success.
