Despite facing increasing opposition from various groups across the nation, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and policies will ultimately prevail.  It is not uncommon for transformative initiatives to experience a maturation process where the entire area of focus may come under fire, based upon the overreaches of its weakest ambassadors.  Despite these challenges, successful DEI practitioners have consistently managed to overcome these obstacles. Along their journey, they have gained valuable insights on how to flourish in a marketplace that includes critics seeking to undermine efforts to create workplaces that value DEI.  Join Eric M. Ellis, President & CEO of Integrity Development Corp., in this interactive session as he shares his expertise on overcoming DEI opposition and fostering inclusive workplaces.

  • Identify key indicators of structural DEI resistance.
  • Leverage empathic leadership skills to better understand the viewpoints of DEI critics.
  • Provide seven proven methods for overcoming DEI resistance.
