Bring your day-to-day concerns to this guided space to receive thought partnership and solutions from compensation to equity assessments within the systems related to your organization. Collaborate with your peers as you navigate the intersections of performance management systems, equity and compensation.
Learning Objectives:
- Step through a workshop focused on critical issues within your organization.
- Focus on the intersection of performance management and compensation and how your total rewards practices could be perpetuating inequity.
- Develop a strategic outline for communicating a plan of action.
