Emotional Intelligence is a non-negotiable skill for leaders to build inclusive workplace culture.  When leaders possess EI, they can effectively navigate difficult conversations, build trust, and cultivate a sense of belonging among employees from diverse backgrounds.  In this session learn the competencies of emotional intelligence needed for building inclusive culture, discuss how to cultivate these skills in teams, and leave with actionable insights to develop your own emotional intelligence.
