Drawing from experience as a leadership consultant and trainer, Willena will offer practical strategies for building a workplace culture that values diversity and promotes inclusivity. These strategies will include fostering open communication channels, recognizing and leveraging individual strengths, promoting mutual respect, and designing flexible work arrangements. Willena will also discuss the importance of aligning leadership practices with the values and goals of the organization to promote long-term success.
