The Agency has released several rounds of guidance regarding employers' use of AI to search resumes, make interviewing or promotion decisions and automate routine HR-related tasks. Learn how the EEOC's guidance affects your organization, and how to ensure that the computer-enhanced decisions you make comply with discrimination law.
