Learn about ERG & DEI&B trends, as well as how the ERG program at one of the world’s largest companies contributes to DEI&B. Join Sona Khosla, Benevity's Chief Impact Officer, as she shares ERG-related findings from Benevity’s recent 2023 State of Workplace DEI report. Then learn from Jamie Hale, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Senior Manager at UPS, as she walks through the BRG program at UPS and shares advice from their BRG playbook. Finally, participate in a discussion about the future of ERG programs and the tools that will support that future.
