How can employers expand their diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) practices beyond talent management?  This session will highlight effective ways for HR leaders to integrate DEIB concepts and approaches into designing total reward programs.  Using evidence based best practices and case studies, this session will provide a practical guide for HR leaders on how to make DEIB part of their total rewards program.
