Explore important questions that will help you reflect on your individual thinking and behavioral preferences that influence how you show up. Gain a clearer understanding of the different forms of microaggressions in the workplace. You'll take away culture and operational practices proven to successfully create safe and brave spaces in organizations.

Learning Objectives:

• Assess your own biases and how effective you are as an Upstander.
• Learn how to encourage Upstander behaviors at your organization through these five steps: Educate, Create, Empower, Act and Account.
• Explore strategies to create safe and brave spaces where microaggressions are called out and addressed.
• Gain tips to coach leaders, so they have conversations where they connect with employees on a personal level to build safety and trust.
