Current diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) strategies struggle to balance diverse workforces' complicated needs with delivering impact. More than ever DEIB leaders must distinguish their organizations by designing and executing strategies to foster diverse and inclusive work environments. Overall, building a sustainable DEIB strategy is important for both the success of the organization and the well-being of its employees and stakeholders. This session will provide actionable steps for organizations on how to design and communicate a DEIB strategy that is accessible and actionable for all employees.
Learning Objectives:
- Learn actionable strategies for creating impactful inclusion initiatives regardless of where you are on your DEIB journey.
- Learn how to move beyond basic DEIB training to create real behavior shifts that embraces inclusivity.
- Understand how to assess your needs, create measurable goals, track progress, and review outcomes to measure impact.
