It is said 'Don't talk about Religion or Politics at Work.'  When employees are asked to leave their faith at the door, for many they keep a significant part of themselves out of the workplace.  This hurts their productivity and their sense of belonging at work.  Discover how to create a culture where employees respect each other's faith beliefs.

Learning Objectives:

  • Be able to explain why it is important to be able to talk about faith at work.
  • Learn some techniques for creating safe conversations around faith.
  • Learn how to integrate faith into one's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy.

If a speaker has provided session materials, please see below or visit https://presentations.shrm.org
