The purpose of 'Authentic Conversations: Navigating Transgender and Non-Binary Inclusion in the Workplace' session is to provide a safe environment for discussions on 1. How to be an inclusive leader as it relates to trans awareness and inclusion; 2. Methods for emerging professionals to navigate ensuring an inclusive culture for Transgender Expansive (TGX) employees.
Learning Objectives:
- Understanding of the Transgender experience based on facilitator's lived experiences.
- Understanding of how leaning into leadership vulnerability (as it relates to the Transgender expansive (TGX) experience) 'augments and transforms' the organizational environment and creates a trans inclusive and trans friendly workspace.
- Understanding of how leadership teams in collaboration with human resource professionals can navigate the TGX experience by integrating TGX inclusion initiatives into the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging space.
