With a nationwide surge in resignations and retirements and few applicants to fill positions; how do we create a workforce that ensures our organization’s future success? Most initiatives on retention and inclusion begin after candidates are hired. But oftentimes it’s too late, top talent leaves and diversity dwindles. The relationship of retention and inclusion starts in the hiring process and it starts with mindset. In this session, we will explore the relationship between DEIA and attrition. We will share proven strategies for retaining and attracting diverse front-line talent.
