Attendees will learn how to identify the root causes of inequities in their organizations and to create more equitable workplaces using data-driven insights from the National Workplace Equity Study.

SHRM and Boston College partnered to conduct groundbreaking research on the state of workplace equity in the United States. This research focused on identifying the root causes of inequities in the workplace, with a specific focus on the role of employment systems and job structures. Using this research, this session will discuss how to identify the sources of inequities in your workplace and explore research-backed solutions for creating workplaces where workers of all different backgrounds can thrive.
