Cynt will sit down with Emily M. Dickens, SHRM, Chief of Staff, Head of Government Affairs & Corporate Secretary, to talk about how value-based leadership can bring transparency and trust to any organization. She knows first-hand the impact of women leaders in male-dominated industries. You will hear her journey as a mother working through serious illness while serving in corporate leadership positions.
