This fireside chat session will connect cutting-edge DEI approaches with human rights principles and provides practical tools that drive real day-to-day and structural change against the backdrop of today's rapidly changing workplace environment and greater employee expectations about what employers should be delivering. Bringing together leading organizations in DEI & I space, this conversation will be led by Jeffrey Siminoff (Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights’ Workplace Dignity Initiative and former Global Head of Inclusion and Diversity at Morgan Stanley, Apple and Twitter) and Tawanda Starms (Chipotle and member of a SHRM’s Executive Network (EN).
