Performance measurement in organizations is not something new. However, during the past 30 years or so, organizations have realized that current measures are not sufficient for evaluating the success and accurately predicting the “behavioral ROI” impact of DEI initiatives on strategic business objectives. There’s a difference between generating “outputs” from scorecard action plans and producing “strategic outcomes and intended transformational impacts”.

Here’s what the C-Suite is thinking…“I will value your work when DEI produces the outcomes that are relevant to the business”. “First you must deliver what the C-Suite wants, then you can give them what they need”. Our DEI Initiatives are NOT what keeps them up at night…What keeps them up at night is creating and finding SOLUTIONS to the business problems they face on a day-to-day, moment-to-moment basis! This interactive, application driven workshop is designed to teach you how to address these issues head-on!

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how to build an Inclusion-focused DROI® Intentional Diversity Transformation process to demonstrate DEI's contribution to an organization’s strategic business objectives.
  • Link the right DEI measures to the organization's measures of performance.
  • Implement a multi-step process to evaluate DEI's impact and contribution which guides your initiatives to their intended outcome with measurable impact and results.
  • Plan, track, and report results using an enhanced Intentional Diversity Transformation Scorecard and analytics demonstrating specific behavioral changes ROI

Dr. Ed Hubbard - author of the new book, “Intentional Diversity Transformation: Building a culture of Inclusion using Transformational Analytics”, and 59 DEI-ROI related books- will share actions Leaders, and Organizations can take to move the DEI needle and produce evidence-based impacts and outcomes.
