Using Data to Walk the Talk and Build Inclusive Teams
Lonestar FGH
In-Person and Virtual Tuesday 10/26/2021 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM   Add to calendar
Competencies: Business (Behavioral), Workplace (Technical)
Workplace Application:
Attendees will learn how to use data insights to identify gaps and create an informed, actionable and effective DEI strategy.

Saying you want to "increase diversity and inclusion" comes from a place of good intentions, but words alone aren't enough. Business leaders must go beyond good intentions to a strategic mindset anchored in data. When you take a data-driven approach, you can identify the gaps, target specific issues that need to be addressed and make an informed path forward. The data will always have your back.

Learning Objectives:

  • Use data to identify areas of DE&I opportunity.
  • Get buy-in from senior leadership and keeping them accountable.
  • Embed DE&I into talent practices.
  • Discover the BIG impact DE&I has on the bottom line.
  • Learn to identify specific goals.
