There is a strong connection between how the storytelling muscle can foster resiliency and has helped a business withstand uncertain times and even show up stronger. You'll learn about tips on how to create this resiliency within your own organizations by creating a safe environment that fosters meaningful storytelling, encouraging your leaders to demonstrate storytelling with vulnerability, and infusing storytelling as a practice into your culture. • Learn how empathy for self and others are the first steps to organizational resiliency. • Discuss the value of implementing psychometric self-awareness and relationship tools in your organization. • Understand the impact leaders in your organization can have on the culture by sharing stories and showing vulnerability. • Review the library of stories leaders should all develop and be ready to tell. • Observe the value in operationalizing storytelling and creating a habit in your culture which will strengthen resiliency. • Think through the channels and internal communication touch points through which you can purposefully infuse storytelling in your organization
