This session will help you tackle the complex talent issues related to gender, race, generation, ethno-cultural diversity and sexual orientation from a global perspective. We will cover topics such as virtual teams as well as the acquisition, transfer and retention of talent in the global workforce. Using practical, real-world examples and case studies, you will learn a step-by-step process for developing a global talent management strategy. You will be able to use the tools and tips presented to facilitate HR practices in different geographies. Finally, you will learn how to apply and modify your domestic D&I practices for global opportunities and requirements.
