Implement a talent plan to drive empowerment for trans people & allies through recruiting, hiring, developing, retention, advocacy, and sponsorship. 

Talent leaders have a unique opportunity to drive much needed empowerment for a marginalized community continually facing additional challenges. Join this one of a kind talent focused session led by leadership & empowerment expert Ashley T. Brundage as she shares an exciting path to tap an entire community in your future talent plans. The session will focus on sharing a path for more inclusive hiring practices, professional development plans, sponsorship, and community advocacy that will not only inspire the trans and (TGX) trans and gender expansive people but also their allies which represents a significant part of your talent pool.
