Admit Your Recruiting Strategy is Broken and Let's Do Something About It
Sabal
In-Person and Virtual Tuesday 04/18/2023 03:00 PM - 04:00 PM   Add to calendar
Competencies: Business (Behavioral), Interpersonal (Behavioral), Organization (Technical) | Intended Audience: Senior-Level
Workplace Application:
The world of recruiting has transformed. Have you? Come learn the best practices used by the most successful recruiters during the past 2 years.

We know today's 'Rules of Engagement' for recruiting talent are different. So why are you using the same strategy? It's time to use a different approach to find and meet the needs of TODAY'S workforce. Use these levels of best practices to recruit, develop, and retain the talent you need.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how the first step to success is to fix your own culture to retain the current workforce. It's easier to keep a qualified employee than to find a new one.
  • Identify best practices that work (and ones that don't work), and the strategies that work better in some industries.
  • Recognize the need to develop a skilled workforce from internal and external channels for long-term sourcing.
  • Consider how to 'rework work' to meet the needs of both the organization and employees and do more with fewer employees.
  • Apply principles of reskilling to increase talent among current and future employees to keep up with new technology and automation that helps the organization remain competitive.

In-person session offerings are on a first-come, first-served basis.
