In times of uncertainty, it is the leaders who rise to the occasion and create inspiration for employees to thrive in their roles.  In this dynamic session, HR practitioners learn what it means to take visionary leadership to the next level as they strive to become influential leaders. You will discover how to identify, create, and communicate a strong vision and how to get buy-in from both the C-Suite and employees alike by creating purpose, securing commitment, and driving accountability.
