Workplace Application:
Attendees will learn about evolving strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining women in the workforce while ensuring equitable pay and opportunity.

Gender pay inequity has been a hotly discussed topic for decades, yet there remains significant disparity in terms of how much men and women are paid. For women of color, these figures are even more disheartening, with countless additional barriers undercutting leadership, growth, and salary potential.

The pandemic has created countless new global challenges for working women, and worsened many pre-existing ones, including the gender pay gap. As a result, the World Economic Forum predict gender equality setbacks of at least a generation. With talent on the move and millions of women leaving the workforce altogether, organizations must approach talent and compensation practices in a new and evolved way—especially when it comes to underrepresented groups.

This session will review research findings and explore how organizations can achieve pay equity, advance women in the workplace, and drive meaningful change. Learn about evolving strategies for attracting, hiring, and retaining women in the workforce while ensuring equitable pay and opportunity.

Learning Objectives:

  • Explore the current landscape and future implications for women in the workplace.
  • Understand barriers and biases faced by women and learn tangible strategies to support their career development.
  • Uncover the role that technology plays in reaching and advancing women in the workplace.
