Attendees will learn how HR leaders can do better on encouraging tech adoptions and how tech can enable your HR functions to achieve its full value.

HR leaders are increasingly investing in tech that enables them to do more, including managing remote work. We have proof that HR tech is delivering, with particularly big benefits from the cloud. But, there are ways HR leaders could do better on encouraging tech adoption, choosing the right vendor and getting leadership buy-in for truly cutting-edge tech.

Dan will explore questions of how to track employees' productivity and performance to  how likely organizations are to switch HR technology vendors at the end of subscription terms.

Many of the covered themes and commentary will stem from PwC's HR Technology survey.  PwC fielded the study to understand trends in HR technology and transformation, surveying US HR professionals (middle managers and above, working in HR or in an IT department supporting HR). This survey fielded from November 1 to November 15, 2021 among 688 respondents working in a variety of targeted industries.

Learning Objectives:

  • HR challenges and priorities as they pertain to HR tech implementation and outcomes, payroll vendor usage, and retention incentives.
  • Remote work tracking and reporting / productivity.
  • HR tech adoption challenges, user experience, and incentives/efficacy.
  • HR Cloud application: employee headcount cloud impact, cloud deployment outcomes and satisfaction, vendor renewal likelihood, HR tech implementation challenges.
  • Disruptive technology in HR.
