Attendees will learn how to center diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) in the development and retention of diverse early-stage professionals. 

This highly interactive session will provide an overview of the national workforce and workplace landscape and highlight best practices to retain and develop diverse early-stage professionals. The session will highlight five key strategies organizations can implement to ensure they are centering DE&I as a forethought, rather than an afterthought throughout the employee life cycle. This session will focus exclusively on racial and gender diversity.
