Attendees will learn that adaptability is listed as a top in-demand skill in nearly every study, yet the AQ Global Study found only 1 in 4 workers can adapt at high levels.

Recruiters are standing in a deep shift. The lines are blurring between science fiction and reality. Uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity are now everyday occurrences, and a lot of people (and organizations) are struggling to identify and attract top talent. For HR and recruiters, this is an existential moment. It's time to start growing and thriving. What worked in the past isn't working today. An adaptability crisis looms large with the ranks of talent acquisition professionals and their organizations. Fortunately, we now know that adaptability is a uniquely human capability and like IQ and EQ (emotional quotient), it can be developed and improved. During this presentation, author and AQ (adaptability quotient) expert Ira S. Wolfe will share why AQ is a top in-demand skill, how talent acquisition professionals can identify the dimensions that separate survivors from thrivers, and which factors have the greatest impact on sustainable performance.

Learning Objectives:

  • Find out why Harvard Business Review, World Economic Forum, and others declared adaptability to be the new competitive advantage.
  • Learn about the adaptability quotient.
  • Discover how grit, resilience, mindset, mental agility and environment impact adaptability.
  • Learn tips to boost your personal and organizational AQ.
