Workplace Application:
Attendees will identify interactions in the employee experience continuum with the strongest link to business outcomes and analytics to diagnose and focus HR efforts.

The term “employee experience” has become a HR buzzword resulting in organizations adding perks and changing technology they hope will result in increased engagement. But do these changes truly improve performance? In 2020, every organization had to rethink the work environment, moving to remote and distanced operations that have drastically altered the employee experience. In this session, we will discuss the current distanced-work environment's impact on employee experience and break down the employee experience continuum to identify the interactions that matter most.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the employee experience continuum.
  • Identity the key interactions on the continuum that matter most to improve performance and drive business results.
  • Analyze key metrics that should be tracked related to the employee experience.
  • Discuss examples of how these analytics can help us diagnose and improve these interactions.
  • Discuss how remote- and distanced-work environments impact the employee experience.
