Over the last four years, an already complicated immigration system has become even more confusing and unpredictable. Combined with constant travel and visa restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, employers and immigrants are facing unprecedented uncertainty. This discussion will focus on how employers are overcoming immigration restrictions and growing their companies with foreign professionals, examine potential changes on the horizon to the H-1B visa program, and provide tips for navigating the current employment immigration landscape. This session is advanced-level and is geared toward human resource leaders, recruiters, and business leaders who oversee and/or are involved in the hiring process.
