One of the biggest demotivating factors in organizations today is the disparity around employee engagement and accountability.  But what really is engagement and accountability?  It's not how you FEEL, it's what you DO.  Unfortunately, many organizations fail to view employee engagement and accountability as key business drivers.  This presentation is dedicated to visible and auditable systems essential to sustain a culture of business focus, urgency, accountability and ultimately engagement.
