Workplace Application:
Attendees will gain insight into transforming workplace culture as employees move to a combination of remote, hybrid and on-premise work arrangements.

COVID-19 required most of our workforce to transition to a remote or hybrid work schedule at the drop of a hat. As we come out of the pandemic, organizations and their HR teams will be tasked to rebuild a workplace culture that now includes a vast number of their employees who are not in the office regularly, if at all. This session will dive into how organizations can begin to align their employees, regardless of working arrangement, into one cohesive workplace culture that delivers high performance, belonging, and safety. The development of this new workplace culture is still evolving, but what we know for sure is that team building over Zoom is not sustainable for a positive and productive long-term culture. In this session, we will discuss the steps many world-class organizations have taken in bettering their workplace culture while recognizing still, that no one really has it all figured out. It’s an exciting time to be in HR. The future of work is ours to create.

Learning Objectives:

  • Assists HR leaders in rebuilding their workplace culture to fit all employees, regardless of work arrangement.
  • Provides insight on what world class organizations and their HR teams are doing to build a productive workplace culture that works for all.
  • Supports HR leaders in understanding the danger of developing a workplace culture that fails to address the needs of various working arrangements.
