Attendees will learn how to use competencies to assess and prioritize the learning needs of the workforce to develop a comprehensive learning program.
In this session, we will present an approach for using assessed competency gaps, which provide rich data about critical workforce needs, to drive organizational learning strategies and maximize investment in training and developmental resources. Competencies are the foundation of the employee lifecycle, documenting the important knowledge, skills and abilities required for successful employee performance. Leveraging competencies as a critical data point in analyzing training needs forms the foundation of an intentional and comprehensive learning program.
