This interactive session will review some of these top trends sweeping the country, and compare and contrast strategies for enhancing compliance and engaging in advocacy to shape these important public policy issues. This session will:

          selection and hiring practices.

·         Identify regulatory rules and trends that limit what information about applicants you may obtain,
