This session will demystify gender differences, identify barriers to effective engagement across genders and provide ways to build a supportive workplace. The session will provide insights on the impact of socialization on gender differences and how it informs the way men and women approach work. Through awareness, knowledge and skills, women and men can become allies at work. Together everyone succeeds! You will:
