Learn how to embrace other perspectives and use teammates’ differences as strengths.
Ricardo spent almost two years riding his bicycle across the Americas. The main goal was to capture ideas and experiences and engage with the people who live in the Americas today. After 21 months of traveling, he realized something: We all are more similar than we think. Even though we have differences, we all have the need for connection, love and community; we all need to feel a part of something greater than ourselves. This session will focus on helping the audience understand that our differences make us stronger, not weaker. In this session you will learn:
- How to embrace other perspectives to create environments where your employees feel safe and excited about sharing their input, which leads to rapid growth and innovation.
- How to utilize the different perspectives in your organization so that each problem can be solved, taking all angles into consideration.
- How to bring different perspectives toward the same goal.
- How to conduct brainstorming sessions where ideas and solutions flow, instead of getting stuck in small details.
