This session will outline the scary HR issues on the horizon, what our compensation and benefits strategies should be, and then share ways to fix it with updated communication methods. Most importantly, we will discuss several proven methods for reaching the Millennials, and the newest generation that is just emerging in our work lives. This session will provide you with:
