Workplace Application:
Learn how to build, transform and integrate key diversity strategies in a “map” framework to help drive C-suite business objectives and ROI.

More than 75 percent of an organization’s market value is derived from intangible assets that traditional financial metrics often don’t capture. Examples of these intangible assets include the strength of a company’s diverse workplace culture and inclusion behaviors, diversity key performance drivers that improve organizational success and market success, a nonprofit initiative’s ROI impact, and an educational institution’s ROI value, among other things. Organizations can’t manage what they don’t effectively measure. Knowing how to communicate this is vital to proving your business value. This requires creating a High Impact Strategy Alignment Map that displays the D&I strategy’s integration with, support of and alignment with other areas of the organization. Using a Diversity & Inclusion Strategy Map process, you will build, transform and integrate key diversity strategies in a framework that drives C-suite business objectives and ROI. In this session, you will:

  • Construct a D&I Strategy Map with critical process and outcome metrics that drive business performance and ROI.
  • Expose and address gaps in your D&I strategies to implement early corrective action.
  • Examine best-practice examples of D&I Strategy Maps.
  • Identify key internal processes and a communications plan that drive strategic success.
