You will hear how the SHRM Advocacy Team (A-Team) is shaping federal and state proposals impacting the HR profession.
The SHRM Advocacy Team (A-Team) is a member-involvement program that aims to establish a SHRM Advocacy Captain and a corps of HR Advocates in each of the 435 congressional districts throughout the country. This session will explore three case studies of how the A-Team has been instrumental in shaping federal and state proposals impacting the HR profession, and highlight best practices all HR advocates can rely on in the months ahead.
