Data from one the world's largest workplace studies, assessing 1.7 million cases of award-winning work, revealed five skills (things people do) that significantly predict higher results than traits (who people are). This data can be used to both influence your people strategies, and directly tie those strategies to tangible business results. This session provides a framework for critical analysis of data, tying what people do (not who they are or fit into the culture) to the results they achieve (not how they feel about the organization). This session will show you how to:

• Communicate, build and present strategies to increase business results within your organization. 
• Assess the impact of your strategies.
• Measure the results of your efforts.
