As an HR leader, your message is crucial to inspiring and motivating your team. A leader must focus on WHAT you say and more importantly, HOW you say it. You must also be aware of the non-verbal communication you are sending. All of these parts are critical to ensuring that your intended message, is the message received. This session will motivate and inspire your audience to embrace a vision or goal. It requires expert delivery, the ability to engage others and the ability to respond to challenging questions. You will learn how to deliver your message so that is clear and understandable in making an IMPACT. This session will help you:

• Recognize the power of verbal and non-verbal messages.
• Discover physical skills that convey confidence and conviction.
• Learn to organize and visualize your material so listeners understand and retain more.
