Many high-potentials never reach their predicted level of success. They are bright, capable and well thought of and suddenly they derail. What happens? This session will reveal the self-imposed barriers to climbing the ladder of success. Using assessments based research of the factors causing high potential leaders to stall or derail, you will determine your own risk factors. You will gain insight as to what is driving these limiting behaviors. This session will help you uncover specific solutions you can readily implement to improve your interactions for greater career and personal success. You will learn how to:

  • Use career derailing behaviors to identify personal behaviors standing in the way of effectively influencing, collaborating and reaching desired results.
  • Gain awareness of how your behavior is viewed by others.
  • Identify ways to eliminate these self-limiting behaviors to achieve greater influence and promotional success.
