Based on more than a decade of thought leadership in this field, the presenters will not only share the newest neurocognitive and evidence-based research about the cause and effect of every day patterns of bias, but also examples of how organizations can design educational methodologies, structures, systems and behaviors that can lead to more mindful inclusion throughout the talent management system of an organization, including case references from actual application with organizations around the world.
