Making the connection between HR and your organization’s strategy is critical in demonstrating the impact HR has on the success of your organization. This session will focus on the importance, as well as a methodology, to ‘connect the dots’ between your HR initiatives and overarching organizational strategy. Case studies that exemplify where HR should focus, lessons learned, and best practices will be highlighted. All too often, we are distracted by multiple practices that erode rather than build our credibility. You will learn why it is necessary to earn not just the respect of the C-suite but the entire organization.
