This "how to make it happen" session highlights the innovative strategies and tools used by the Calgary Police Service—serving a dynamic city of 1.2 million—to create accountability, change organizational thinking, and engage actual and virtual communities to action. You will learn how to:

• Link your diversity processes to your business planning strategy.
