It is estimated that one in six people has a disability of some kind, of which more than half are hidden. This session provides an overview of the increasing role of hidden disabilities in D&l strategies, and their challenges and benefits for large companies. Learn the beginner steps to more effectively managing employees with hidden disabilities, including how to create an environment that will promote disclosure. Understand the potential recruiting challenges of college-educated people with hidden disabilities.
