Learn about unconscious bias and develop better intuition for forming collaborative and integrative workplace connections. 

Tools and insights based on the most recent neurological and cognitive science research help you anticipate, recognize, and respond to triggers beyond our normal awareness. By recognizing that we all have biases, and that they help us manage our lives, we can begin the journey toward self-discovery that is at the heart of inclusion. You will leave with:

  • An increased understanding of unconscious bias and how it influences our decision making.
  • An increased awareness of your own biases and triggers, in your views and everyday life.
  • Tools and insghts that allow for a closer examination of people and relationships for better /communication and growth.
