This session will help you improve your cultural competency skills with a framework to increase the level of cultural competency in your organization, and be an effective leader in today's global business reality. 

Thirteen skills for culturally competent communication, and a four-element model for building diverse high-performing teams, help you create an inclusive organizational culture through cultural competency. You will learn how to:

Develop the skills to become a more inclusive leader.

 

• Increase your ability to help others identify their personal biases and assumptions, which create barriers to inclusion, fairness, and higher performance.

• Be empowered with language, a set of mental models, and cultural competency skills, to engage in a healthy dialogue leveraging diversity of thought and backgrounds, to foster innovation.
