This session will inform you on how to discipline workplace misconduct without violating the ADA.
A growing number of courts are holding that it is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act for an employer to discipline or terminate an employee for misconduct that is related to a disability. This session will examine this trend in the law and address when and how you may lawfully discipline employees for disability-related workplace misconduct.
